As you can see that the  answer is F. The way I got F was, 
for an example look at F & E, in the alphabet e comes 
before F but then you must flip it backwards. The next new letter
is G and before G comes F, therefore our first answer would be F.
We have another answer but it is out of numbers.  The number answer 
is 6.  The way we got 6 to flip the alphabets into numbers. The way 
we flip the alphabets into numbers is when we found out that the  
order  there in is the same as numbers from one to ten.

I think the answer is F because after the first E the pattern 
restarts. Go to the last part of the second pattern and you see 
G and F because F is before G like when at the last part of the 
first pattern is F and then E.  Therefore the answer is F
