I came up with my answer 'IZ' by looking at the given numbers 
upside-down. by doing this i noticed that the pattern reads 
(if inpreted to where the letters become numbers) 11, 13, 15, 17 19. 
therefore, the next number would be 21, so i looked at it 
upside-down to see what would make this look right. so i came 
up with the answer 'IZ'.

numbers are 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21. Therefore the answer is 21 or IZ.
