Here is a solution.
        What are the missing letters in this closed set? 

              B, C, D, E, ____, I, K, ____, X 

I think that the first answer is G because you go B.C,D,E, space,I,K,
space, X which is 2,3,4,5, space ,9,11, space ,24 so I think that the
first answer is G which equals 7.  I think that the second answer is L
because you add 13 to 11(K) to get 24(X) so I think that you put in L(12)
because 12(L) + 12(L) = 24(X).  Therefore the answers are G and L.

2+3+4+5=14(N) 9+11=20(T)
You must turn the letters into numbers and add them together, to be the
letters in the alphabet. Therefore our answers are b+c+d+e=n, i+k=t  (n)

We converted all of the alphabet to numbers.  B(2)+ C(3)=5(E),
D(4)+E(5)=9(I), D(4)+I(9)=13(M), K(11)+M(13)=24(X).
